Well, I have already told you and would repeat that it is rather childish behaviour, and there are ways to say "No" in ways that would make recuitment agents (whatever jerks they are) wanting to contact you again.
Still, why don't retaliate in the same way I was suffering before (and also will very likely in future)? I can only say that the probability of receiving such an answer depends greatly on job description relevance. I mean, often a profile sent by recruiter is obviously useless for anybody managed to read through CV, not only its title.
